We know that you'll love the PureFix Hair Elixir so we are offering a 30-day money back guarantee as long as the product is returned half full and the return is requested within 30 days purchase, if you don't love it. Simply email us to request a return authorization form and download the shipping label we will send you. Then to return the item attach the label and return form inside your box and send it back with the product in the original container. Upon doing so we will issue you a full refund, excluding the original cost of shipping and return shipping. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return authorization. Brushes, accessories, pillow cases and styling tools are non-refundable.*

If you are unsatisfied with our haircare products then please send an email to email@example.com to receive a return authorization form. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept any returns unless you complete this step first.
All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your item. You will receive your refund, excluding our original cost of shipping and return shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMSWhen your order arrives, please inspect the product for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact us immediately to receive a refund or replacement. If you feel your item was damaged in shipment please let us know by emailing a picture and description of the broken item and the packaging. We can only honor refunds or replacements when we have photos of the damaged items.
If you received a defective item and would like a replacement please email us with your email address and order number so that we can send a replacement promptly. Please include a photo of the packaging as well as the damaged product and any inserts.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
Standard Shipping Policy (When In Stock): All standard shipping orders have a warehouse processing time of up to 2 business days in addition to the carrier transit times. Orders placed in the USA will arrive within 7-10 business days (including processing time), barring all information has been input correctly. International orders will be processed during the same time but may take a little longer due to customs (7-21 days). We cannot refund orders that are in-transit.
2 Day Shipping Transit Times
If you paid for 2-day shipping your order will be processed within 2 business days or less. However, orders placed after 12PM CST or on postal holidays will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
If your 2-day shipping order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your order will shipped on Monday and will arrive within 2 business days. If you have questions you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed. If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot process a refund or replacement until the item has been returned by you to our warehouse. If VoiceOfHair resends your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
MISMATCHED BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES
In order to prevent fraudulent transactions we may automatically cancel orders that have a different billing/address. If your order has different billing/shipping addresses please contact us at email@example.com immediately after submitting an order.
INACCURATE OR MISSING SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses. Once your order is placed we cannot update your address. If you place an order and the address was not accurate or complete we cannot guarantee that it will be updated or fixed before it is shipped to you. VoiceOfHair will not refund or replace items sent to inaccurate/incomplete addresses. Please check your order details immediately after receiving your confirmation email to prevent any issues.
