If you are unsatisfied with our haircare products then please send an email to email@example.com to receive a return authorization form. We are unable to accept any returns unless you complete this step first. All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your item. You will receive your refund, excluding our original cost of shipping and return shipping.
*Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for hair brushes and styling tools due to sanitary reasons.
DAMAGED ITEMSWhen your order arrives, please inspect the product for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact us immediately to receive a refund or replacement. If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by emailing a picture and description of the broken item. We can only honor refunds or replacements of damaged items within 5 days of delivery.
If you received a defective item and would like a replacement please email us with your email address and order number so that we can send a replacement promptly.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
Out of Stock Policy: When we are out of stock your order will ship when inventory comes back into our warehouse. Please note that standard processing times so please add 2 business days to the estimated transit time that was mentioned to you.
Standard Shipping Policy (When In Stock): All standard shipping orders have a warehouse processing time of up to 2 business days in addition to the carrier transit times. Orders placed in the USA will arrive within 7-10 business days (including processing time), barring all information has been input correctly. International orders will be processed during the same time but may take a little longer due to customs (7-21 days).
2 Day Shipping Transit Times
If you paid for 2-day shipping your order will be processed within 2 business days or less. However, orders placed after 12PM CST or on postal holidays will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
If your 2-day shipping order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your order will shipped on Monday and will arrive within 2 business days. If you have questions you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed. If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot process a refund or replacement until the item has been returned by you to our warehouse. If VoiceOfHair LLC resends your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
MISMATCHED BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES
In order to prevent fraudulent transactions we may automatically cancel orders that have a different billing/address. If your order has different billing/shipping addresses please contact us at email@example.com immediately after submitting an order.
If delivery has been confirmed for your package, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier and file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us.
If your delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 10 days or more (not delivered within 10 days for domestic orders, 30 days for International orders) please contact us so that we can file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement to you.
INACCURATE OR MISSING SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses. Once your order is placed we cannot update your address. If you place an order and the address was not accurate or complete we cannot guarantee that it will be updated or fixed before it is shipped to you. VoiceOfHair LLC will not refund or replace items sent to inaccurate/incomplete addresses.
ADDITIONAL FEES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE USA)
