When will my order be shipped?
In Stock Policy: When inventory is in stock, orders placed in the USA with "free shipping" will ship out within 1-3 business days, barring all information has been input correctly. Domestic orders shipped using standard shipping will typically arrive in 5-14 business days. International orders will be processed during the same time, between 1-3 business days but take a little longer to arrive due to customs (7-35 business days). Due to COVID-19 delays carriers have informed us that shipping times may be delayed due to the influx of packages in their system. Orders may take longer to arrive than what is stated on the tracking, if carriers encounter delays when processing your order. Out Of Stock Policy: When inventory is out of stock, you will receive a notification from us with the expected ship date. Please note that standard warehouse processing time is 2 business days so if inventory is out of stock your order may take up to 2 business days to be processed and then ship out. What is "PureFix"? Why is the product called that?
The name "PureFix" came about after Brandelyn Green, founder of Voice Of Hair, received so many questions from her online community asking for solutions to help them grow their hair longer and stronger. Brandelyn believes that you can have healthy hair without using artificial ingredients and harmful chemicals, so she created a pure and natural solution to achieving natural hair, known as VoiceOfHair PureFix.
How do I use it?
The VoiceOfHair PureFix Hair Elixir is a versatile elixir that can be used as a scalp and/or hair treatment. You can use it as a "pre-shampoo" treatment for dry scalp, followed by a nourishing shampoo and conditioner for increased moisture. You may also use it as part of the L.O.C (Leave-in, Oil, Cream) method to seal in moisture after washing your hair. Or, you may use it to nourish your hair and increase shine. For maximum moisture retention and improved hair growth we recommend applying a few drops to your hair and scalp every 3-5 days.

How do I apply it?
For a daily moisturizer, take the dropper and apply 4 to 5 drops in your hand and rub together before evenly distributing the oil throughout your hair. Apply more oil as needed. For a scalp treatment apply 1 drop at a time to troubled areas. Massage the oil into your scalp in circular motion for at least 30 seconds. In order to see results for hair growth you must use it consistently for 30-60 days.
How often do I apply it?
We recommend applying the oil to your scalp 3X to 5X per week (or daily) for maximum results.
Is this product suitable for thin hair or Caucasian hair?
Our nutrient rich formula is ideal for all hair types, however it is a hair oil and not a hair serum . A hair serum is mostly used for shine and does not deeply penetrate the hair follicle. However, our hair oil nourishes the hair and works to improve the overall appearance of your hair. The great thing about VoiceOfHair PureFix Hair Elixir is that it comes with a dropper, so you can control how much you use during each application. For fine, thin hair we recommend applying the elixir as a pre-shampoo treatment by using the dropper to apply the elixir directly to your scalp. Massage in gently for 1-3 minutes and then cover with a cap for 15-20 minutes and then rinse out and wash and condition as normal. If you do wish to apply the elixir to your hair the we recommend only applying 1 or 2 drops to your hands first and then rubbing it together in your palms before applying to your hair.
Is it safe for children?
This product is all natural and is recommended for children 2 years and older. Because the hair elixir has menthol in it, it gives a tingling/cooling sensation that may not be ideal for infants and smaller children. We recommend that it is used only after doing a patch test (applying the product to a small section of the hair before using it liberally throughout the head).
How big is a bottle?
Our elixir is 2 fl. Oz./ 59 ml.
How long will a bottle last?
This will depend on how often you use the product, how thick your hair is and how much you use during each application. However, if you use 10-12 drops per day it may last 3-4 months.
Is it safe on gray or color treated hair?
Yes, this formula is all natural and contains no harsh chemicals so it will not fade your color-treated hair, nor will it dry it out. When applied, the elixir will not stain your hair.
Is it safe on relaxed hair? Yes, this formula is safe for natural or relaxed hair.
Is this product considered to be medicine? No, this product is not medicine. Our hair elixir is a hair oil that is best used in conjunction with a healthy hair regimen.

Can men use the hair elixir to regrow hair?
Yes, men can use this product! We have had some me use it and see great results. However, we have not tested it on a group of me so we cannot guarantee regrowth from hair loss due to male pattern baldness. However, many of the ingredients (e.g. black castor oil, Rosemary, black seed, etc.) in our product have been shown to help to naturally encourage hair growth and have been shown to curb hair loss.
